Intercept X Agent does not receive any updates

Hi,

I am using Sophos Intercept X, I have a client that does not update (agent)

Core Agent 2.19.8

Endpoint Advanced: 10.8.11.1

What amazes me that this is not displayed in red in the dashboard: - /

Can you help me to get the message up to date?

I get the following warnings in the SDU log.

  • That is the log file of SDU saying it couldn't collect those files which is fine. This isn't related to any issue.

If the computer isn't updating, we need to see the SophosUpdate.log file under:

    \ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\

    Hi Staff,

    Good day!

Please check if there is a service or sophos services that is showing missing as this will cause issues in updating the endpoint. If everything are showing fine, then please review the SophosUpdate.log file and search for error to help find the root cause of the issue.

    \ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\SophosUpdate.log

    Best Regards,
