Intercept x slowdown my computer a

Hi guys

i have an issue that i struggled with these days after i installed intercept x in the pcs.

befor installing the intercept x the pcs works really great but after we installed the intercept x we notice that the computers seems kinda slow day after day that issue got increased and pc stop displaying icons on the desktop and  can't do anything on the pc and the hard disk reach 100 percent 90 percent memory .

when i sort the processes by high utilisation sophos reach the first place 

does anybody has the solution of my probleme ?

configuration of the pc :i5 processor 6gen 

                                     ram 8g 

                                     500HDD

                                          OS:windows10

    Hi Taoufik,

    May we know what application is currently running on this system? what was the rule of this system? You can follow the steps on this knowledge base article to identify what components are responsible for the high utilization you're experiencing. Once Identified what components caused this, recreate the issue and collect SDU logs snd upload them to us for further checking,
