Hey Guys,
I'm wondering if anyone has encountered an issue where more than half of your Window 10 endpoints are consistently "offline" and cannot be reached via "Live Discover" or the "Threat Analysis Center".
We are all currently WFH so it isn't the "office" environment and I can see it's definitely communicating to Sophos speed test Central, i.e. Latest Activity + Agent Update is quite recent.
Any recommendations are much appreciated - it's driving me up the walls.
