Do we know if devices on a “metered connection” (Windows setting) receive updates for Sophos? Can we check on the server which devices have and haven’t received updates?
I don’t know if Sophos is impacted by the restrictions that stop us seeing devices in SCCM.

The simple answer to your question is that the updates would fail. The Endpoint would attempt to update and if the connection is maxed out Windows will prevent the action and the update fails.
The followup question is why is the machine on the metered connection? Is it a roaming device with a cell link?
