MacBook Pro with M1 chip

Currently we do have 2 MacBook Pros with the M1 chip.

Both do run on the latest version of the macOS (11.5.2) and have Sophos Endpoint installed but experience bad performance.

When temporary uninstalled Sophos Endpoint the performance did improve.

Does anyone have the same issue and/or how to fix this?

    Thanks for the answer. I was just checking if this issue is known.

    So far we only have one MacBook Pro running on macOS Big Sur which really cannot work with Sophos. That MacBook is now using a different product without any problems. But with the new MacBooks with the M1 chip the problem does occur again, slowing down the performance dramatically compared to the old MacBooks with Intel.

    I will start a support case.
