I have a client with a 2016 Server with Sophos Endpoint installed with tamper protection.
We have no access to any cloud management
I have followed all the guides for removing and have successfully removed from 6 pcs.
When I boot the server into recovery mode CMD I cannot see the SophosED.sys file to rename
Any ideas?

The absence of that driver might indicate that your Boot drive may differ to "C:" If so, use a command such as DiskPart and list volume to show the available volumes and check if it’s present in either of them.
