windows server sophos update error (Ntp64, Hmpa64)

Hi

SoPhos update error occurred, please check the cause.
Update error on windows server (server2008, server2012, server2019)
There are two types of update errors. (Attach pictures)
- Ntp64
- Hmpa64

Customer complaints are piling up because the problem has not been resolved for a long time. SoPhos log is also attached. (C:\windows\Temp)


We sincerely ask the talented brothers to check the cause.
