alarm shows in Security Health page in Sophos central portal

Hi everyone,

My client had deployed End-point protection with an activatable license key entered in central portal. 
However, here is a warning alert shows some features are not able to run. See attach screen.

May I know is there any idea refer the this problem?

    There is an issue with the installation on that machine. You need to go to that machine and check the installation - open the Endpoint Self Help and see what is running and what isn't. Then check the install logs to see why elements failed.

    I found kind of reference such followings:

    1. Check the install (or uninstall files) files for error codes. Path C:\ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\Logs\CloudInstaller.log

    2. Service does not start/missing, review the msi logs path: %LocalAppData%\Temp

    May I know is any further system configuration could be review?
