Sophos central is not showin the latest events from servers

Hi all

I hope you are doing well, I need your help with Something, I have some servers that appears on central Sophos but the last agent update was 6 months ago, but when I go to those servers, the agent received the last update but for some reason is not appearing that on central sophos, do you have some workaround how to fix that issue?

You could maybe turn on message trails on one or two servers:

See what messages are sent up

Hello, that's not I am looking for, is just there is not event on the sophos central and appears a warning Icon, can you pls help me?

Can you share with us the MCS client and Agrnt logs? Also are you obsrrving any error on your endpoint server?

Hi David and Glenn.

I am experenicing a similar issue. No events from the either servers or endpoints are showing up on the Sophos central dashboard. Additionally on the devices themselves (Servers and Endpoints) no events are shown under the Events tab.

Hi There,

Can you share with us the MCS logs so that we can check the issue "C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Management Communication System\Endpoint\Logs\" share with both MCS agent and MCS client logs.
