Enpoint + Google Drive File Stream on Mac Big Sur

I know this has been asked previously, but it's no longer a live thread. Starting about a month ago I've noticed major resource concerns when Endpoint and File Stream are running simultaneously. This is enough of an issue that it causes my computer (mac) to hang for almost a minute at times, where nothing is usable. This can sometimes occur every few minutes which is really detrimental to productivity. I know this was a bug previously that an update was supposed to address, but has that fix gone live yet, or is this a new version of the previous issue?

I am (still) experiencing the same problems and can reproduce them at will. I'd love to see a resolution to this. I'll gladly work with whomever on this. macOS Big Sur 11.4 Sophos Endpoint 10.0.4…

You can sign up for the EAP by following the steps mentioned in the following document - /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/302/6114.How-to-enable-EAP-in-Central.pdf

Join the "Endpoint Protection Apple M1 (ARM)" EAP.

The issue that I have experiencing for months is with Sophos Advanced Endpoint Protection on a Mac (Big Sur 11.4) with Google Drive (48.0.13.0); the endpoint protection EAP is for Windows devices only. The only other EAP is for M1 devices, and that doesn't apply to me either.
