Hi,
I have a Threat Indicator for a suspicious file. I cannot get Threat Intelligence. Central just shows this unqualified error without more help: "Unable to generate threat intelligence report for Chemcraft.exe."

Why is it not possible to do this?
Next I cannot create a Threat Case for this. The button "Next" cannot be clicked. As you can see on the right side - the file has been found on one computer so the text shown is misleading.
Please advise.
there is a case open "Sophos Support Case 03970511" but the person there is unable or unwilled to understand my question.
I need an answer more about the not working features of Central Management than a file analysis. Thanks!
