Thank you for reaching us, One of the reasons why services won't start/install correctly on a machine was due to a conflict of components like a there party application that has been detected on the system. Can you please confirm the system has a 3rd party security software installed before you install Sophos endpoint? Can you also share with me the logs which can be found on C:\ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\Logs

I was installed Sophos before then uninstalled it because a problem in the update when installing it now gives a previous message

i used this tool to uninstall Sophos and install it then it works correctly
