Endpoint stopped recieving updates after trial expiration

Hello, we have the license for Intercept X advanced which 600+ users are using, a month ago a started the trial for the Intercept X advanced with EDR on the same

central account, all the machines switched to the trial license, now that the trial ended, my endpoints stopped recieving updates 

and in the license tab it shows that 0 endpoints are using our full license, how do i get my endpoints to use our full license without having to reinstall because that

would take months.i attached a screenshot of the license tab.

    the license should calculate once the endpoints report in on their interval. I don't see any reported endpoints in either license bin - how long has this state been in effect? You should contact Customer Care to have they inspect your licenses.

  • Hi Richard thanks for your response, it has been in this state for 8 hours now, the weird thing is that all of a sudden all my endpoints started getting their updates again and i was able to deploy another endpoint to test it, however the license usage count remains 0, everything seems to work fine besides that. and i checked on the endpoint's side and it shows its using Intercept X advanced, the one we have full license for.

    And you see the devices active in that Central Dashboard?
