Unable to uninstall Sophos Endpoint

We have an important file server running WS 2012 R2 which the Sophos Endpoint has stopped working on. So far, I've deactivated tamper protection in Sophos Central and tried to uninstall in Programs and Features. However the program does not understand that I have deactivated tamper protection and so I then tried Sophos Zap (which has worked previously on this exact server) but now it just shows:
