All of our users (AD) can work with any endpoint server or computer, through remnote desktop or Citrix, all of them are protected throught Sophos Intercept X. But I don't know if there is a centralized place to manage all my Sophos Central policies without going crazy looking for a server policy, a user policy or a computer policy.
With Sophos SEC you can view all the policies at a glance.

we have different policy configurations for Servers as well as for endpoint on Sophos central and unfortunately, the feature which you are looking for is currently not available like we had in SEC. Sophos Central looks through the policies from the top down and applies the first policy it finds that applies to those users or devices. Please check this link for more information.
