Could you please refer to the steps mentioned in this article and see if it helps to fix the issue? Also, please check under %temp% for the installation log file and provide the exact error message if any. Kindly confirm these domains and ports are allowed in your network.

We would need to see the Central Installer log file found under: C:\ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\Logs\
