Sophos Central Issues - Policies are no longer in effect

We received a call from one of our customers that the Smart banners warning they get when they received an email is no longer showing. I login to our Central Account like I normally do and notice the following message on top  Base policy is configured in Sophos Central Partner. No changes can be made here. You can create additional policies to override base-policy settings or contact your Sophos Central Partner.

When clicking on the settings for that policy all the settings we have configured our gone. Look at our other clients and it is showing the same message for all. I opened a case with Sophos already. Is anyone experiencing the same issue.? We did not make any changes from our end that I am aware of as of now..
