Services are missing

Hi,

Anyone can assist please, we are new to Sophos and in the process of deploying it to end machines. We have tested on few machines, 4 out of 7 have got error that some Sophos services are missing! I have done the basic troubleshooting but no luck! Anyone experiencing same issue?

Thanks Shweta, it was due to third party AV Kaspersky which Sophos could not uninstall fully! Once the AV was removed manually all services are running now. Will try to amend the script as per Sophos …

Please share a screenshot or a list of the services like above.

Hi Omar

Which services are missing while you install Sophos endpoint? Please refer to this basic troubleshooting steps that you can perform once you verify which services are missing.
