I was wondering has anybody come across where the Sophos Shield doesn't appear on the taskbar unless you open Sophos Endpoint Agent, I want the shield to appear when users log into their PCs without opening the agent first.
We rolling out Peripheral Control to our system but desktop messaging doesn't work if the shield isn't present, is there a setting I'm missing on Sophos Central or is this done by group policy?

It is launched from the run registry key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
