There is a RegEx string for allowing a domain with all its sub domains in XG Firewall.
^.*example\.com.*$
For Endpoint Protection (users outside of the office) need to allow abcd.com with its cdn.abcd.com for users with uncategorized rule at Warn state.

When allow domain abcd.com rule, is that rule includes with subdomains like efg.abcd.com?

You will need to allow the website as mentioned in this article. You can check out the video it might help. For Endpoint, we do not have Regex string similar to XG for allowing Domains so you have to add subdomains to the exclusion list.
