Intercept X Endpoint and Horizon Instant Clone

Hi everyone,

We have implemented a VMware Horizon infrastructure, we use a RDS Host Pool with instant Clone.

But we have a problem with Intercept X, we have apply this KB

support.sophos.com/.../KB-000035040

But it not run.

Are There any have experince with Instant Clone?

    Hello Shweta,

    the problem is very simple. When we start to deploy new RDS servers from GoldImage on the Sophos Console we have:

    - The Agent registration for the goldimage disappare

    - The agent registration for the all new RDS Servers (create with instant clone) are duplicate (a entry for any new deploy)
