Sophos Endpoint for Mac loading services error

Hi Sophos Support,

I'm installing Sophos Endpoint for Mac OS Catalina but it start with error, I've followed the instruction and restarted computer but it still show error.

Below services are not started:

SophosCryptoGuard, SophosEventMonitor, SophosScanD, SophosWebIntelligence

After moved below services to "Allow All Access" still the same error:

SophosCleanD, SophosAgentD

I've already followed below link:

OS: 10.15 added additional privacy preferences

The JAMF website can't open, is anyone know how to troubleshoot it and can help?

    please recreate the case and provide 

    1. a screenshot of the Endpoint Self Help Tool with the error messages displayed or the missing services 
    2. Please check at the Mac OS Security settings also the General tab and see if there are any messages displayed to allow Sophos specific services when running the Endpoint Protection
    3. If above didn't work please provide /private/var/log/install.log and /Library/Logs/Sophos Anti-Virus.Log. Please provide the logfiles in a cloud share or copy&paste them here by using the Insert > Code feature of the editor.

  • Dear Sophos Support,

    Sophos Web Control is not working on MAC 10.15, it cannot block the website which I want, the same Sophos policy can be applied on MAC 10.13 and Windows machine and working fine.

    I ran the diagnostic, so not sure whether you can check the status of my MAC.

    what I meant is the Endpoint Self Help Tool.

    You can find it on the endpoint by clicking on About and then "Run Diagnostic Tool". Just post a screenshot of it. Also please provide logfiles I asked for in the previous post.

    For the issue that you are seeing on your web-control kindly confirm first if all services as already running on your system?
