Catalina Sophos Zugriff auf mein Gerät

Hallo

Seit ich Catalina installiert habe, erscheint immer wieder ein Fenster, das mir sagt, ich solle Sophos den Vollzugriff auf die Festplatte geben. das habe ich getan. Leider erscheint diese Nachricht trotzdem immer wieder. Ich habe gelesen, dies höre auf mit dem Update auf 9.9. Leider ist das nicht der Fall. Kennt ihr dieses Problem? Was kann ich dagegen tun?

Hi,

the issue is not XG but Sophos anti-virus/intercept X. The popup screen is now happening on a lot of applications. You can safely allow the Sophos anti-virus to access your disk otherwise you cannot scan for the bad stuff. I have allowed it on my mac mini running Catalina 10.15.6.

You will need to add additional sophos components. There is a kba on the subject and if you can’t locate it I can post screen shots of my exceptions.

I don't know what a kba is. Please send me the screen shot of your exceptions and tell me where I can finde these components.
