I put in a case to Sophos Labs to review a case where a Troj/Phish-HPO was detected in Outlook and cleaned by Sophos endpoint but support wasn't much help and closed the case on me. Just wondering if anyone has ever seen where Sophos grabs a trojan from an email but catches business files at the same time? It reports hxtsr.exe as the root cause.
