If the product you are using is Sophos Cloud. Then Tamper Protection is enabled by default. You can find the Tamper Protection password in the Cloud dashboard under "Global Settings".
If you are unable to remove the client from the device after disabling Tamper Protection you will need to contact Sophos Technical Support. Support will need to know what product line you are using and the operating system running on the endpoint.
