we have some clients that are in a limbo state, had a on prem server and migrated to the cloud. 99% are in the cloud. a tech installed the old client on the new machines and now they are in a limbo state, cant manage from the new or old server.
is there a tool to forcefully remove the client even if tamper protection is enabled, or the client "thinks" its enabled.
Barb is correct.
I've had to follow those steps to get it removed, so if the computer is at a remote location it may be difficult to resolve this as safe mode was required for me.
