Is there an updated version of this KB? I used this, per support, to attempt to remove installations AFTER the 60 days. There was no service running for the Sophos AV and the registry changes did not remove the Tamper Protection. Is there a different method I should be using?

If the registry changes did not work for you, you can try uninstalling using the SophosZAP tool.

In that scenario, I would suggest you re-check the registry changes made to recover tamper protection on the machine as mentioned in the article. I have also sent you DM with few steps if it still does not help.
