I want to use email gateway to be able to check incoming & outgoing mails in Sophos Central. Until now Sophos Central only captures the incoming mails. Mailing as well as the domain are not running at O365 but another provider.I have deposited the MX records of Sophos accordingly with the provider and created an SPF record (v=spf1 include:_spf.prod.hydra.sophos.com mx ~all) until now outgoing mails are not captured by Sophos Central....
I have registered my domain under the "Email Gateway - Domain Settings/Status" settings but only with "Inbound only" as for "Inbound and Outbound" only the options "Microsoft Office 365, Google & Custom Gateway" are available and honestly I don't know what to enter under "Custom Gateway".
About the questions:
1. how do I have to include the domain so that outgoing mails are also recognized?
2. can I use the E-Mail Encryption Outlook plugin even if I don't have a domain registered with O365? If not, what options do I have for Email Encryption and how do I implement them?
3. is my SPF entry correct?
