Installation on Linux question

I have installed sophos anti-virus (home edition) on Linux mint. It says Sophos is installed and protecting my computer. But I can't find Sophos anywhere on the computer. Does anyone know how I can access the software? It isn't listed on my Menu. Thank you

Hello Dawn Julie,

please see the documentation - there's no GUI, it's administered from a terminal window only.

To test whether it was in fact installed I also tried an un-install and below is the message on the terminal:

ME@ME-HP-Pavilion-dv6-Notebook-PC ~ $ sudo /opt/sophos-av/uninstall.sh
[sudo] password for ME:
Uninstalling Sophos Anti-Virus.
WARNING: Sophos Anti-Virus still running.
Do you want to stop Sophos Anti-Virus? Yes(Y)/No(N)

I chose not to uninstall.
