Appropriate permissions to access Revealer Keylogger

I am attempting to download the setup file for the Revealer Keylogger. Sophos continues to block the potentially unwanted application and block "access to the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."

I have listed the folder path under exceptions and still have not luck with the download.

Please help!
