Sophos Mobile Control 7 and Android Device registration

Hi,

I am unable to get Android devices (I've only tried Samsung) registered on my Sophos Mobile Control Server through the Self service portal

I am running version 7 on the app and server

I have no such problem with Apple devices

I am getting the error " Failed to Configure the Sophos Mobile Control app. Undefined communication error."

I had to set up an APN for apple ios devices. Do I have to do something similar for android devices. I notice a section under Setup-> Systems Setup for knox licences

Is that how it works with SMC and android i.e. that it makes use of android's sandboxing of apps

The firewall is not blocking any access in or out

Any help would be appreciated
