Sophos Cloud to AD Groups

I am trying to figure out how to push out the installer to our AD groups via email. When I go to select the group I want to deploy to Sophos Cloud will not let me. The only options I get are Add Group or Delete Group. What am i missing here? Are we not able to push out to AD Groups through Sophos Cloud? Thank you for any suggestions.
