I have what is probably a stupid question. I was told that I do not have to have my Sophos "on/open" (window open) for the program to be working/running. However, I have recently been keeping it open because every time I turn on my computer I get a pop-up message that says that Sophos is not on/running. So I set it so that Sophos would open when I first turn on my laptop. When the program opens, it says "Automatic Virus Protection Is On" and everything is green. However, I still get the pop-up box requiring me to acknowledge that Sophos is not on. The pop-up box only allows me to hit "OK" and does not tell me what I need to do to fix this issue. So, I guess I am asking if I am doing something wrong? Is there something I should be doing and I am not, so the program isn't running? Is it just glitchy? Thank you
