WHERE IS MY THREAD?

 I posted some days ago in this forums: https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/f/remote-ethernet-device-red

Then my newly created topic was instantly "markes as spam by other users" (wtf?) and reviewed some days (!!!) later by a mod. Then it finally appeared in that forums. 2 days later I edited my posting, just to insert a picture. THEN IT GETS MARKED AS SPAM AGAIN AND REVIEWED.

Then I got a mail saying it has been approved (the 2nd time now). But now its all gone? Topic name was something like "RED15w Transparent/Split problem". I'm done with this forums. WTF is this? Forcing your customers into support of sophos-partners? Might just shut this down here.

Oh and yeah, please no "this is for customers, to customers" support, not "official Sophos support" excuses. Then, at least, allow communication here between members.

    I am sorry about this. I have looked for your thread you have mentioned and cannot find it either. I am not sure what has happened but I will look into it. 

    I completely understand your frustration. We have set up some filters and tools due to the influx of spam recently and they can occasionally cause problems. I will work on tweaking these settings so regular users are not impeded in any way.
