astaro.org account lost?

hi,

i tried to search the forum but couldn't find much information. my problem, i tried to login to this new site the first time with my old astaro.org account, but i couldn't, it seems i'm not registered. this was my old account: https://community.sophos.com/members/frufru . is there a way to get it back? thanks in advance

    That account is active, what message do you get when you try to login with the associated email account?

    I received a message that my credentials are not recognized. I clicked the password reminder after that, it just jumped to the registration form and I received this letter:

    You have requested a new password for your Sophos ID using this email address.
    A Sophos ID is not presently registered with this email address.
    If you are interested in registering for a Sophos ID, please visit us at the link below.

     

    I wasn't sure if I used the correct email address so I tried two other but either worked. Strangely, I have an old expired licence and the one I use know under two of these emails and I can login with them at myutm.sophos.com

    Thank you for the information. I can reset the password, but are you just looking to claim that username? I can change this account to have your old handle if that is what you're after.

    With the second option I'll keep my original user name, registration date, etc.? If yes than I'd like to choose that option, thanks in advance :)
