I contacted the sophos support but after several mail exchanges, they sent me to your forum.
I will not waste your time, so I prefer to join one of the mails I sent them.

The problem is that I bought the laptop computer between a particular marketplace.

I just want a safeguard easy 4
Without giving me access to the download server because I owns no licenses, just give me a link.
I saw that for new versions SGNRollback there is a program that can uninstall safeguard command prompt by going through a WinPE CD.
Is what you see what I mean?
I also go through a translator because I do not speak much English.
