Please forgive my ignorance, but this is the first time I’ve used Sophos and I really haven’t a clue what I’m doing...
I have a Mac OS1.11.6 and I did a full scan. I got 3 Alerts requiring a manual clean-up. I thought I had zapped the offending files but they’re still showing as Alertson my Sophos home page. Does that mean they’re still there? Should I do another scan?
Any help would be hugely appreciated – and in the meantime, have a great 2017
