Hitmanpro alert crashes Firefox several times a day

Since there is no support page at the Hotmanpro website does anyone know how to contact any support relevant to the paid version of hitmanpro Alert?

Firefox has been crashing for ovwe 6 weeks every day and i and the crash reports point to hitmanpro alert.
