Help! Our emails are false positive qualified as spam by Sophos, but the not-spam@labs.sophos.com answers with a "Other mail system problem 554-'Spam" !

This is since this Tuesday Sep 13th. It seems that an update of any policy in  Sophos qualifies our normal mails as spam in the systems of our customers.

I tried to send a request to the not-spam@labs.sophos.com address as requested, but my mail is being rejected. Wtf?
What to do?
