Hi, the username and password for sav updates will not allow a change to match the new license. I enter the user/pass and press apply and OK. Go back in old expired user/pass still there. Yes,I'm tunning as admin. Tried uninstall, restarting and harsh language but old user/ pass remains. Is there a file I can delete or reg key to remove to allow and force reentry of user/pass ?
