My PC keeps trying to upgrade to Windows 10 without asking. How can I keep it from upgrading? Or should I upgrade?

It's up to you! I don't use Windows 10 so I can't give you an opinion, though if you have an older machine it may slow it down. This article has information on how to prevent the update from occurring.
