Time Stamps are not against Local Time?

Hi there,

Noticed that the timestamping for the posts is showing the local posters time zone not my own, is this a setting I need to change?

I mean I'm all for time travel and all that :P

I believe that is by design, but it does look odd, I will flag this and see what implementation is intended.

Please fix it, if possible.
it is very confusing when you see a post that was just published with a time stamp from another time zone.

What's interesting is all the thread replies were against my local timezone just not the question itself :)
