In case you haven't spotted it, the quick reply box has been removed. The idea of the (now) old quick reply box...
...was to allow a simple text reply to be posted faster. For users wanting to add screenshots, videos, logs, formatting, etc. there was the 'Use rich formatting' link to go to the full editor.
Based on user feedback it was agreed that the quick reply was not required and didn't help new users who want to immediately post attachments and format their post. Plus the reply box appeared beneath the first post of a thread and took up too much space on the page so you had a bit of extra scrolling to do. Therefore you will now see a much simpler 'Reply' option...
...which will take you to the full editor and doesn't dominate the screen for those wanting to read the thread.
