trojan horse removal problem

hi guys used my sophos virus removal kit but it could not remove this Troj/ZAccInf-B in services.exe any ideas as to what i can do about this without having to try find a backup !!!!

    Not unlikely that there is no (usable) restore point after a (partial) infection anyway.

    For XP services.exe could be in one or more of the subdirectories of C:\WINDOWS\$hf_mig$\KB956572 for example.
