stolen laptop tracing through sophos

Hello everyone,

I lost my laptop in house buglary and haven't insurance on it, unfortunately.

I have Sophos antivirus software installed on it through my university subsrciption.

And it gets updated automatically every 58 mins once the laptop is connect to internet.

Do anyone know anyways to track down my laptop as there should be some IP address or something involved in this process of udating the antivirus

any help will be much appreciated
