I am wondering how other hospitals or healthcare organizations choose to utilize, or not, Certificate Validation and HTTPS Scanning. Should HTTPS scanning be turned off due to the abundance of PHI flowing in and out of web based apps, similar to how banking and finance is treated?
If you have Certificate Validation on, any insight as to how you address these?
