Currently (ESA v 3.8.1.2) it is impossible to control users' permission for the End User Web Quarantine portal.
It would be very useful to assign different permissions to different users/groups. Suggested permissions could include:
- Full Access, where users with this permission would be able to release/forward quarantined emails
- Release only, where users with this permission would be able to release quarantined emails but not forward
- Read only, where users would not be able to release or forward any emails. Instead they could be able to request an email to be released. Such a request could generate an email to be sent to the ESA administrator.
