How can I find the right documents for my product?
You can find the user guides and release notes on the Sophos website. Go to http://www.sophos.com/support/docs/.
This page tells you the documents you're most likely to want to start with.
You can also look for more documents for your product. Select your product or product suite in the drop-down list and hit Go for a search. You'll see a list of document titles: you can click on them to download them or to open them online.
Where do I look for user guides in my language?
Go to the Sophos website in the language you want. There are links to other languages at the bottom of every page in the Sophos site. To find documentation, just add support/docs after the URL of the website's home page. For example, http://www.sophos.de/sophos/docs will take you to the German documents.
Documents needed for an old version of Sophos Anti-Virus
If you want to reinstall or configure old versions of Sophos products, the guides you need are still available on the website (as long as the product is still supported).
Go to http://www.sophos.com/support/docs/ and click on the "View all documents" tab there. That gives you lists of everything that's published, even if it's for older versions.
Reporting an error in the help or user guides
