Portal and account managers issues?

The last 4 months has seen some very difficult problems with the protal and mis understanding within emails sent to our new account manager (now 4 months in) etc Is anyone else having dificultys or are we the only ones experiencing frustration and issues. As a partner since 2004 I'm reluctant to change but I'm finding it more and more difficult to manage my account manager and the portal issues. I'm agreat fan of the Sophos products but I need to know if there is just too much red tape and quality of staff issues
