Intercept X Mobile- iOS devices not syncing

We are testing out using Intercept X Mobile, with Sophos being the MTD with Intune. The test users that we have switched to Intercept X are having issues with syncing. The devices only synced right when they were set up, and now when we try to sync from the device it says " Synchronization failed. Could not connect. Please try again later." We have also tried to sync by starting a task in the Mobile admin console with no luck.
